Own the attention others rent.
Strategy, identity, packaging, websites, search and media for companies that are better than they sound. One senior team, one flat fee, working with brands in every industry and every time zone.
Find the right starting point.
Quiamo is a brand and communications agency based in Pune, India. We work on strategy, identity, packaging, websites, product launches and the communications that help a business explain itself. You can bring a defined project or a problem that still needs sorting out.
You may be introducing a product, updating a business that has outgrown its identity, or trying to make technical information useful to buyers. Start with the closest situation below. Each route explains what the work can include and what we need from you.
Our business is difficult to explain
Your capability may be stronger than the way it appears in your website, presentations and sales materials. Start by deciding what buyers need to understand, then bring the message and design into line.
Explore rebrandingWe have a product to launch
A date is only part of the brief. Clarify who should act, what they need to believe, and where they should go after seeing the campaign. Then plan the content and follow-up around that decision.
Plan a product launchOur packaging or website needs work
A useful brief defines the buying situation, the information customers need and the practical handover. See the scope before deciding which assets to commission.
Our people need a clearer message
A new direction needs an explanation employees can use. Identify what changes for each group, what managers need to explain and where questions should go.
Internal communicationsBrands we invented to prove a point.
Before a client pays for an idea, we test it on ourselves. These four are complete brands born in our Studio: named, packed, shot, filmed and posted. Each one is presented as a concept, never as client work, because honesty is part of the craft.
Most brands rent attention. They pay for every click, every slot and every second of a stranger’s time, and the moment the budget stops, so does the memory. We build brands that own it. Whether you make turbines, lipstick or true wireless earbuds, the job is the same: be the name people reach for before they have even started comparing.
Different rooms. The same problem.
A plant in Pennsylvania and a beauty label in Paris do not look alike. They lose customers for the same reason: nobody can say, in one breath, why they are the obvious choice. Pick the chair closest to yours.
“Our engineering is world class. Our website looks like it was built by the tender department.”
- A positioning your sales team, distributors and investors all repeat the same way.
- A website and catalogue that win the specification long before the RFQ arrives.
- Search visibility for the exact problems your buyers type into Google and ChatGPT.
- Annual reports, leadership messaging and trade-show presence that look like a category leader.

“We need a world that editors want to shoot in, not another pretty feed.”
- Campaign art direction with a point of view, from mood to final retouch.
- Packaging and unboxing that photographs beautifully on a vanity and on a phone.
- An AI face built for your brand, consistent from lookbook to Reel, alongside real talent.
- Launch stories that give editors and creators something worth writing about.

“Every spec sheet in our category says the same thing. We need people to feel the difference.”
- Product naming, launch narrative and a motion identity built for the unboxing video.
- Hero product stills and films made faster than a traditional shoot allows.
- Retail and marketplace packaging that reads in a 200 pixel thumbnail.
- Media planning that follows the launch curve instead of a flat monthly burn.

“We launch in ten weeks. We have a product, a name we are unsure about and nothing else.”
- Strategy, name check, identity and packaging run as one project, not four vendors.
- A website that is ready to sell on launch day, with search built in from the first page.
- A launch plan and media budget sized to what you can afford to learn from.
- One senior team you can message directly, in your time zone.

One team from the first sentence to the last click.
Strategy, design, search and media usually live in four agencies that blame each other. Here they sit at one table, answer to one fee and are measured on one thing: how much more often you get chosen.
- 01Brand StrategyPositioning, messaging and the one sentence your whole company can sell with.
- 02Identity & Logo DesignMarks, type, colour and systems that survive a favicon and a factory wall.
- 03Packaging DesignPacks that win the shelf, the thumbnail and the moment the lid comes off.
- 04Website DesignFast, beautiful sites that answer the buyer’s questions and ask for the order.
- 05SEO & AI SearchBe the page Google ranks and the source ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity quote.
- 06Media Planning & BuyingPaid media on a flat fee, so our advice never depends on how much you spend.
Also on the table: corporate and internal communications, leadership messaging, product launches, performance marketing, social and creators, PR, annual reports, film and photography and AI talent. See every service or find your industry.
One idea, followed everywhere it has to live.
A brand is not a logo file. It is the bottle, the photograph, the film, the post and the page, all saying the same thing in their own accent. Here is one of ours, followed from shelf to screen.

Films with sound. Zero film crews.
A chronograph, a coffee app and a pair of sneakers stitched in Rajasthan. Launch films made in our Studio for brands we invented, each with a page on how your brand could use the same idea. Turn the sound on.
Kairo Chronograph
A launch film for a jet-black mechanical chronograph: the box, the dial, the movement and the wrist, cut to a clockwork beat.
Nova Coffee
A website launch film for a coffee roaster: the homepage, the product page and the basket, flowing from laptop to phone in a sunlit room.
Thar Frequency
Sand on a brass plate shakes into jaali and bandhani patterns on every beat, then becomes three sneakers built on Rajasthani craft.

A flat fee. Never a cut of your media.
Most media agencies earn more when you spend more. That is a strange way to get honest advice. We agree one fixed monthly fee for the work, and every rupee, dollar or euro of your media goes to media.
Know what you are looking at.
Our work pages and case notes should make the context clear: what the business needed, what was done and which parts of the work are being shown. Studio concepts demonstrate a creative approach. They are identified as concepts so you can distinguish them from commissioned work.
When discussing a project, ask us for the most relevant example. A packaging brief, a technical website and an employee campaign need different evidence. Where a project draws on experience from an earlier role, that context should be stated rather than presented as a Quiamo commission.
The thinking, shown in full.
Real problems from industrial, loyalty, food and financial businesses, written up without the client names. What was wrong, what was built and what to notice before you brief anyone. Read all 23 case notes.

Industrial rebrand and demand generation
An established Indian electronics manufacturer was winning work mostly through referrals. This note shows how a full rebrand was tied to product…

One marketing system for a loyalty platform
A loyalty technology business has to convince corporate buyers, recruit merchant partners and give members something they can act on. This note…

Industrial exhibition communication and follow-up
A global industrial electronics business with Indian manufacturing needed one coherent presence across events in India and Taiwan. This note shows how…
The person who answers your email does the thinking.
Quiamo was founded by Kunal Waghmare, who has spent 23 years in marketing, on the client side and alongside agencies, and co-founded with Karuna Waghmare, who leads human resources and corporate communication. Kunal reads every brief, runs the first call and stays on the work until it ships. Karuna makes sure the specialists who join a project are briefed properly and stay with it.
No account handlers relaying messages, no senior team at the pitch and a junior team on the work. The first call is free, and you will know within it whether we are the right people.

She has never been to a shoot. She has fronted dozens.
Meet Dhwaja, the AI face our Studio built from scratch. Same face, same skin, same presence, from a sunlit kitchen to a pool deck to a phone screen. She is how we show brands what consistent AI talent looks like before they commission their own.
Every image of her is disclosed as AI. Every brand that commissions a face of its own gets written usage rules, disclosure built into the captions and a character bible that keeps her recognisable across a year of content.
No pitch theatre. Just progress.
You will not sit through a forty-slide credentials deck. You will get a senior person, a clear diagnosis and a plan you can take to your board on Monday.
You write. We read properly.
Send a few lines. A strategist, not a salesperson, replies with questions that show we understood.
A first view in one call
On a video call in your time zone, we tell you what we see, what we would do first and what we would not bother with.
A fixed scope and a fixed fee
One page: what we deliver, by when and for how much. No retainer creep, no percentage of spend.
Weekly work you can see
A shared board, a weekly note and real work every week. You always know what is done and what is next.
Before you write to us.
What does a brand and media agency actually do?
We decide what your brand should stand for, make it visible in everything people touch (identity, packaging, website, content) and then buy and earn the attention that brings buyers to it (search, paid media, communications). Most companies hire three or four suppliers for this. We run it as one system with one team.
Do you work with companies outside India?
Yes. We are remote by design and work with companies across time zones. All meetings happen on video, all work lives in shared boards and you get the same senior team whether you are in Chicago, Dubai, Berlin or Bengaluru.
Do we have to meet in person?
No, and that is deliberate. We do not travel to pitch and we do not bill travel. That time goes into the work. Most of our best client relationships have never shared a room.
How do you charge?
A flat fee for a fixed scope, or a flat monthly fee for ongoing work. We never take a percentage of your media spend. The details, including what a typical first project looks like, are on How we charge.
Are the Studio brands real clients?
No. Olive Orchards Pantry, Hibis Juice, CrazyFruity, Voltre and plip are concepts we created ourselves, and we never present them as anything else. They show how we think and what our Studio can produce before you commit a budget.
